Entrepreneurs academy was founded during the spring of 2006 by four students from Uppsala who wanted to inspire people to dare to try entrepreneurship. All four of them had a background in economic studies and entrepreneurial activities on the side. They saw the potential and drive among the students in Uppsala. Today Entrepreneurs academy is the biggest entrepreneurial society in Uppsala that is driven by students with a passion for entrepreneurship and buisness.
The upcome of new companies is a strong contributing factor for a higher degree of employment in our society. Our vision is to be seen as the leading actor in communicating joy and inspiration when it comes down to creativity, entrepreneurship and buisness. We do this by arranging Female start up day, Start up-inspired travels in EA meets and the Anders Wall lecture, which is Swedens biggest lecture in entrepreneurship. These events are only a few of all the ones that we’re constantly working on. The goal with our events is to inspire students and show them all the opportunities there is within entrepreneurship.
